Partner Incentive Design & Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of OpenAI's Agentic AI Deployment Funding Program, including tier structures, eligibility, and payout mechanics.
• Own the operational backbone of the deployment fund, managing claim intake, validation, calculation methodology, and payout operations.
• Build and oversee the data and calculation infrastructure required to run incentive operations at scale, including API and billing integrations.
• Design the measurement framework for the fund, defining leading/lagging indicators and building reporting for executive audiences.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to navigate competing priorities and program design decisions.
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis, including ROI modeling, adoption cohort analysis, and investment efficiency assessments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner incentive program design, commercial program operations, or partner economics.
• Proven track record of owning the full lifecycle of a large-scale incentive program from design through execution and measurement.
• Strong command of financial mechanics, including investment sizing, payout waterfall design, and scenario analysis.
• Experience building or overseeing data infrastructure for incentive operations, including audit controls and payout processing.
• Exceptional analytical capability with experience in cohort analysis and attribution modeling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex logic and performance data to senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience designing or operating Deployment Funds or Market Development Funds at a $50M+ scale.
• Background in the AI or cloud partner ecosystem (hyperscalers or AI platform companies).
• Experience working in high-growth environments where program infrastructure had to be built from scratch.
• Familiarity with API/consumption-based billing models.
