Light is building the digital energy infrastructure for a sustainable future. Through a utility-as-API platform, Light enables companies from automakers to real estate providers to offer integrated, branded electricity plans, making clean energy convenient and accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Lead how high-priority partners build, launch, and scale embedded energy programs
  • Own partner growth from implementation through lifecycle management
  • Build executive relationships and secure internal ownership at priority partner organizations
  • Create scalable systems, playbooks, dashboards, and QBR rhythms
  • Run lifecycle diagnostics to measure the customer funnel from enrollment to renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for priority partners to ensure successful launches

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Ability to work 5 days per week in the Austin office
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of business models
  • Proven ability to build executive-level relationships
  • Exceptional project management and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building scalable processes from scratch
