Light is building the digital energy infrastructure for a sustainable future. Through a utility-as-API platform, Light enables companies from automakers to real estate providers to offer integrated, branded electricity plans, making clean energy convenient and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Lead how high-priority partners build, launch, and scale embedded energy programs
- Own partner growth from implementation through lifecycle management
- Build executive relationships and secure internal ownership at priority partner organizations
- Create scalable systems, playbooks, dashboards, and QBR rhythms
- Run lifecycle diagnostics to measure the customer funnel from enrollment to renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and GTM teams
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for priority partners to ensure successful launches
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Ability to work 5 days per week in the Austin office
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of business models
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships
- Exceptional project management and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building scalable processes from scratch
