About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the global vision, strategy, and growth plan for the Crisis Advisory and Risk Consulting practice.
- Advise Boards, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders on crisis preparedness, incident response, and resilience.
- Deliver sustained revenue growth and profitability through business planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a globally distributed, multidisciplinary team of 50+ professionals.
- Drive digital and AI transformation by embedding emerging technologies into internal delivery and client-facing solutions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and thought leader in security, crisis management, and risk advisory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in crisis advisory, risk consulting, or corporate threat and intelligence programs.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of advising Boards and C-Suite executives on high-stakes issues.
- Demonstrated success in commercial growth, business development, and managing a global business.
- Experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary teams (50+ professionals).
- Ability to drive AI and digital transformation within a professional services context.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, security studies, or international relations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA, MS) or relevant professional certifications in risk or crisis management.
- Deep understanding of risk intelligence, business resilience, and reputational risk strategies.
- Established professional network and market profile within the risk advisory industry.
- Experience supporting clients in highly regulated or scrutinized sectors.
