Responsibilities

• Drive measurable referral growth within the assigned territory through strategic partner engagement
• Serve as the face of Forge Health to build and expand referral relationships
• Execute strategic market activation plans and identify high-opportunity referral sources
• Conduct outreach including educational sessions, site visits, and community engagement
• Educate partners on level-of-care placement, specifically Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Psychiatric Services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Intake, and Operations teams
• Maintain CRM documentation and share market insights and referral trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development
• Working knowledge of behavioral healthcare models and referral processes
• Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians and healthcare organizations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking
• Valid state license and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

• Existing behavioral health network connections within the Southern NJ territory
