Responsibilities

• Drive measurable referral growth within the assigned territory through strategic partner engagement
• Serve as the face of Forge Health to build and expand referral relationships with hospital systems, primary care providers, and community groups
• Execute market activation plans including educational sessions, site visits, and community engagement
• Educate referral partners on clinical capabilities, specifically Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Psychiatric Services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Intake teams to support efficient access to care
• Maintain CRM documentation and share market insights to inform territory strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development
• Working knowledge of behavioral healthcare models and referral processes
• Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians and healthcare organizations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking
• Valid state license and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends to engage night-shift staff
