Partner Engagement Manager, OSW

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from individual users to senior officials
• Rapidly expand product usage to make Onebrief an indispensable part of daily military workflows
• Drive renewals and account expansions to ensure long-term customer success
• Communicate user needs and feedback clearly to the product and engineering teams
• Provide high-quality face-to-face and remote customer support
• Lead or support planning exercises and observe user interactions to recommend product improvements
• Navigate large government organizations to solve bureaucratic challenges and expand the Onebrief brand

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI
• Ability to work onsite regularly in the National Capital Region
• Experience in military planning or policy analysis
• Experience working within senior military commands (e.g., OSD, Service, or Theater level)
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to become a power user of software products
• Proven ability to navigate large government organizations and influence decision-making processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both action officers and flag officers

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced military planning education (e.g., SAMS, SAW, BSAP, or Command and Staff)
• Familiarity with defense policy management
• Awareness of protocols for software deployment on classified networks
• Experience in customer support and coordinating incident responses with engineering teams
