Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from individual users up to General officers.
• Drive product adoption and expand usage until workflows are fully integrated into Onebrief.
• Communicate user needs and feedback clearly to the product and engineering teams.
• Provide high-quality face-to-face and remote customer support, including incident coordination.
• Lead or support military planning exercises and software deployment on classified networks.
• Navigate complex military and political bureaucracies to solve technical and administrative challenges.
• Cultivate trust and social dynamics within customer organizations to support renewals and expansion.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Proven experience working within military headquarters at tactical, operational, or strategic levels.
• Deep expertise in staff planning, ideally through Professional Military Education (PME) or direct service experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with the ability to become a power user and liaise with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support and managing software deployment in government settings.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience expanding business presence or software solutions within military regions or Allied partners.
• Familiarity with the protocols for deploying software on classified networks (e.g., JWICS).
• Background in navigating large government organizations to achieve successful technical outcomes.
