Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from individual users up to General officers.
• Drive product adoption to ensure workflows are fully integrated into the Onebrief platform.
• Communicate user needs and feedback clearly to the product and engineering teams.
• Lead or support military planning exercises and provide both face-to-face and remote customer support.
• Navigate complex military and political bureaucracies to solve technical and administrative challenges.
• Develop an understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and future sales expansion.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Mastery of operational planning at multi-star headquarters.
• Advanced military education (e.g., Command and Staff, AMS).
• Experience with major military planning exercises.
• Technical proficiency with software deployment on classified networks.
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Jackson, SC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to expand business presence within a military region for software or technology solutions.
• Experience coordinating incident responses between customers and engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-ranking military leadership.
