Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship within the U.S. European Command, from end-users to Generals and Admirals.
• Expand product usage by driving workflows into the Onebrief platform through training and strategic engagement.
• Act as a bridge between military leadership and the product team by communicating user needs and technical requirements.
• Lead or support military exercises and provide both face-to-face and remote customer support.
• Navigate complex government bureaucracy to resolve technical and administrative hurdles, such as securing system access.
• Coordinate with product engineering teams to respond to incidents and ensure product reliability.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proven experience in military operational planning, preferably at multi-star headquarters.
• Deep understanding of large military headquarters and staff planning protocols.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to become a power user of the Onebrief platform.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large government organizations and solve bureaucratic challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with high-ranking military officials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software deployment on classified networks.
• Background in Professional Military Education (PME) or classical staff planning training.
• Experience expanding business presence or technology solutions within a military region.
