Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from end-users up to General officers.
• Expand product usage within U.S. Army Europe and Africa to ensure workflows are fully integrated into Onebrief.
• Communicate user needs and feedback clearly to the product and engineering teams.
• Provide both face-to-face and remote customer support, including incident coordination.
• Lead or support military planning exercises and software deployment on classified networks.
• Navigate complex military and political bureaucracies to solve technical and administrative challenges.
• Develop deep understanding of customer social dynamics to support renewals and expansion to Allies and Partners.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at the tactical, operational, or strategic levels.
• Expertise in staff planning, through Professional Military Education (PME) or significant service experience.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to act as a power user of complex software.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support and relationship management.
• Ability to work on-site in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience expanding business presence or software adoption within large government organizations.
• Familiarity with the protocols for software deployment on classified networks (e.g., JWICS).
• Background in navigating large-scale bureaucratic environments to achieve technical or administrative goals.
