Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from end-users up to Generals and Admirals
• Drive product adoption to ensure workflows are fully integrated into Onebrief
• Communicate user needs and feedback clearly to the product and engineering teams
• Lead or support military planning exercises and provide face-to-face customer support
• Navigate large government bureaucracies to resolve technical and administrative challenges
• Enable expansion of the product to Allies and Partners

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Proven experience in military operational planning, preferably at multi-star headquarters
• Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to act as a power user of software products
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex government organizations and bureaucracies
• Experience in customer support and managing technical incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Classical training in Professional Military Education (PME)
• Experience with software deployment protocols on classified networks
• Background in expanding business presence for technology solutions within military regions
