Partner Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship, from individual users up to General officers.
• Expand product usage within military headquarters to ensure workflows are fully integrated into Onebrief.
• Communicate user needs clearly to the product team and maintain high product proficiency.
• Lead or support military exercises and provide both face-to-face and remote customer support.
• Navigate complex military and political bureaucracies to solve technical and administrative challenges.
• Coordinate with product engineering teams to respond to incidents and technical issues.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proven experience working closely with military headquarters at the tactical, operational, or strategic levels.
• Deep understanding of staff planning and professional military education (PME).
• Technical proficiency and the ability to act as a power user of complex software.
• Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia and work onsite in Tampa, FL.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with high-ranking military leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software deployment protocols on classified networks.
• Proven track record of expanding business presence within a specific military region.
• Experience in customer success or support within a government or defense context.
