About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale OpenAI's go-to-market partnership strategy with strategic data platform partners like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Develop trusted relationships with partner Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and regional leadership to drive seller mindshare.
- Enable partner field organizations on OpenAI positioning, AI use cases, and effective engagement during the sales cycle.
- Own in-market operating relationships, including account mapping, joint account planning, and opportunity coordination.
- Drive co-sell execution through joint pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and marketplace motions.
- Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and joint solution messaging to accelerate opportunities.
- Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, GTM, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem sales, strategic alliances, or related GTM roles within SaaS, cloud, AI, or data companies.
- Meaningful experience working within the Snowflake, Databricks, or similar enterprise data platform ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales motions, including technical coordination and executive stakeholder alignment.
- Technical fluency in enterprise AI, data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern analytics architectures.
- Ability to engage C-suite leaders (CIO, CTO, CDO) in strategic conversations regarding technical value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building scalable operating models and field engagement frameworks in high-growth environments.
- Ability to operate with high ownership and navigate ambiguity in fast-moving settings.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills to align Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
