Partner Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness and enablement activities for Tier 2 partners to drive capability development and certification progression.
• Define and optimize partner lifecycle stages, enablement processes, and readiness plans.
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure partner alignment and operational readiness.
• Manage partnership renewals and support vendor program applications and compliance alignment.
• Own Rhythm of Business activities, including Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) for Tier 2 partners.
• Support Tier 3 partner onboarding, including intake management, documentation validation, and readiness assessments.
• Design and maintain governance workflows, templates, standards, and compliance processes to ensure operational hygiene.
• Identify operational risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for automation and scalability across the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem development within cloud, cybersecurity, or digital technology environments.
• Strong understanding of partner certifications, competencies, specializations, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Technical, and Operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and managing dashboards to track partner performance and readiness.
• Strong process design, documentation management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
