About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans with strategic DCP Partners across Korea
- Build and maintain strong, executive level relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, alliances, and technical teams
- Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic account mapping
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships
- Act as the primary liaison between joint sales and technical teams to provide necessary knowledge, tools, and resources
- Lead day-to-day operational cadence, including regular business reviews and QBRs
- Represent partnerships at industry events, conferences, and internal meetings
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in direct sales, closing, partnership/alliances, or business development
- Background in a two-sided marketplace or at an AI, data vendor, or ISV
- Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Strong foundational knowledge of the cloud ecosystem
- Ability to measure and report on business success
- Proven history of working in a matrix environment
