About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategy for GSI and strategic Regional System Integrators in the ASEAN region
  • Increase Snowflake mindshare with identified GSI partners as the preferred data and AI platform
  • Evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
  • Achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, technical, and marketing activities
  • Formulate winning strategies and account engagement plans with field teams
  • Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams
  • Develop partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals
  • Work with APJ teams to meet territory sales goals

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
  • 10 years of direct channel sales or management experience in data, cloud, GSI, or SaaS
  • Ability to design and present business plans and track program progress
  • Ability to document program guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
