About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategy for GSI and strategic Regional System Integrators in the ASEAN region
- Increase Snowflake mindshare with identified GSI partners as the preferred data and AI platform
- Evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
- Achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, technical, and marketing activities
- Formulate winning strategies and account engagement plans with field teams
- Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and professional services teams
- Develop partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals
- Work with APJ teams to meet territory sales goals
Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
- 10 years of direct channel sales or management experience in data, cloud, GSI, or SaaS
- Ability to design and present business plans and track program progress
- Ability to document program guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
