About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategy for top System Integrators (SI) in the ASEAN region
  • Evangelize and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
  • Manage a portfolio of high-performing SIs to achieve sales quotas and partnership goals
  • Formulate winning account engagement strategies in collaboration with field teams
  • Develop partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals
  • Work with sales, solution engineering, and professional services to ensure collaborative success
  • Ensure partners maintain baseline training and create joint solutions built on Snowflake
  • Align GTM strategy across various Snowflake business segments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
  • 3+ years of direct channel sales or management experience in data, cloud, or SaaS sectors
  • Ability to design and present business plans and track program progress
  • Ability to engage C-suite executives and collaborate with sales leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
