Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategy for top System Integrators (SI) in the ASEAN region
- Evangelize and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth
- Manage a portfolio of high-performing SIs to achieve sales quotas and partnership goals
- Formulate winning account engagement strategies in collaboration with field teams
- Develop partner-specific account plans including annual and quarterly goals
- Work with sales, solution engineering, and professional services to ensure collaborative success
- Ensure partners maintain baseline training and create joint solutions built on Snowflake
- Align GTM strategy across various Snowflake business segments
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in partnerships, alliances, sales, marketing, or business development
- 3+ years of direct channel sales or management experience in data, cloud, or SaaS sectors
- Ability to design and present business plans and track program progress
- Ability to engage C-suite executives and collaborate with sales leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
