About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead global strategic relationships with named technology platform partners, acting as the primary orchestrator from C-suite alignment to field-level co-sell execution.
  • Design and implement joint Annual Operating Plans, governance cadences (QBRs, pipeline reviews), and quantitative scorecards.
  • Drive joint go-to-market motions, including co-sell plays, field engagement programs, and demand generation campaigns to grow revenue.
  • Identify and co-develop joint value propositions, reference architectures, and marketplace listings.
  • Manage partner enablement to ensure field teams can articulate the Quantexa platform and understand program mechanics like MDF and certification tracks.
  • Act as an internal champion, bringing partner roadmap inputs and ecosystem priorities to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing strategic technology partnerships with major ISV, cloud, data, or AI platform vendors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience defining KPI frameworks and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Technical fluency in cloud, data, and AI platforms to engage productively with partner solutions teams.
  • Experience navigating partner program mechanics, including co-sell incentives, MDF allocation, and marketplace listings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence everyone from the C-suite to individual contributors.
  • An execution-oriented mindset capable of delivering results in a complex, matrixed environment.
