About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performance partner network including agencies, SaaS integrators, consultancies, and tech partners
- Develop and implement a data-driven channel sales strategy
- Actively acquire new partners through proactive outreach and prospecting
- Enable and activate new partners to ensure rapid time-to-revenue
- Manage the entire partner sales funnel from prospecting to closing
- Execute co-selling strategies to close deals alongside partners
- Expand existing partnerships through upselling, cross-selling, and pipeline development
- Analyze market, competition, and channel potential to identify growth levers
- Manage partner business via KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Channel Sales or Partner Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner channels
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on acquisition and outreach
- Expertise in closing, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic bias for action
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Native-level German and very good English
- Strong sense of ownership and results orientation
