About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners through outreach, networking, and market research
- Conduct discovery meetings to evaluate partnership fit and business alignment
- Present Neostella’s products and ecosystem value proposition to prospective partners
- Support partnership discussions, negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop co-selling and go-to-market initiatives
- Track partnership opportunities and outcomes within CRM systems
- Represent Neostella at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or alliance management
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Experience managing sales pipelines and relationship-based sales processes
- Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to travel for industry events and partner meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within SaaS, legal technology, or software ecosystems
- Familiarity with technology integrations, APIs, or marketplaces
