Partner Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners across system integrators, channel partners, and cloud/platform ecosystems
• Identify, recruit, and enable partners to generate pipeline and accelerate platform adoption
• Drive partner-sourced opportunities and support partner-influenced revenue growth
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling and co-marketing programs
• Enable partners to integrate Mapbox APIs and SDKs into their solutions
• Establish repeatable partner engagement models to scale from Japan to other markets in Asia
• Align with internal Account Management, Solution Architecture, and Technical Program Management teams
• Maintain a feedback loop between partners and product teams to inform development

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or enterprise sales in technology
• Experience working with system integrators, channel partners, or technology ecosystem partners
• Strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape in Japan
• Proven ability to develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, SaaS, or API-based products
• Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems
• Experience working with developer platforms or technology ecosystems
• Experience working with partners across Asia or supporting regional expansion
