Partner Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle from initial contact to onboarding
• Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR space
• Own the strategy and execution of business plans for the Portuguese market
• Act as the primary point of contact for several key partners
• Conduct regular meetings, including cold calls, video meetings, and product demos
• Gather partner and client feedback to identify opportunities for channel development
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales/SaaS, digital transformation, or management consulting
• Proficient level of Portuguese
• Professional level of English
• Hunter mentality with a proactive, persistent, and hungry approach to growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch
• Background in partnership or channel sales
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR software
• Experience managing full-cycle B2B sales and dealing with SMBs
