Partner Development Manager DACH Market

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region
• Assess partnership value and create business cases demonstrating revenue potential and strategic fit
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners to ensure mutual success
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success and inform go-to-market strategy
• Optimize processes and programs to maximize partner adoption and ecosystem growth

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Entrepreneurial or builder mindset with a passion for creating new partnerships
• Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage them for growth
