Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategy to maximize partnership effectiveness and product distribution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite
- Design and project manage scalable partnership programs across global regions
- Lead commercialization of new payment products through end-to-end negotiations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide market feedback to improve products
Requirements
- 9+ years of business development or partner management experience
- Proven track record in payments or fintech industries
- Expertise in C-suite relationship building and complex contract negotiation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- BS/BA degree required; MBA or Masters degree preferred
