About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the global end-to-end strategy across co-sell, resell, marketing, and product integration pillars
- Partner with global sales teams across Americas, EMEA, and APJ to hit annual sales targets
- Develop sales plays to improve field collaboration and create high-impact enablement materials
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior executives
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and content
- Utilize Snowflake systems to track key metrics, joint pipeline, and deal registration
Requirements
- Over 12 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 8 years in sales and alliances
- At least 3 years at a director level or higher
- Minimum of 2 years leading an ISV partnership generating >$10M in annual co-sell/resell revenue
- Proven history of success in software and SaaS alliance partnerships
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills
