Partner Development Director

Responsibilities

• Lead channel partnership strategy by developing expansion plans and recruitment models
• Identify, recruit, and close complex commercial and first-of-kind partnership agreements
• Drive business development efforts to acquire strategic joint customers and expand footprint
• Serve as a thought leader and evangelize Everlaw and Everlaw AI Assistant within the partner ecosystem
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and legal teams to align strategy and technical requirements

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or legal tech at a SaaS company
• At least 5 years of experience developing tech channel partnerships with services-focused partners
• Deep understanding of channel and service provider ecosystems (MSPs, ALSPs, global advisories)
• Proven track record of structuring and closing high-impact strategic partnership deals
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage complex, multifaceted relationships
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
