Partner Demand Generation & Marketing Executive - Italian Market

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Italian market, including content creation, event planning, and budget management.
• Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners to coordinate joint demand generation initiatives and co-marketing activities.
• Review and provide feedback on marketing materials to ensure alignment with company messaging and branding.
• Execute a mix of initiatives such as online and in-person events and email marketing to acquire SME and mid-market prospects.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure pipeline growth and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing with a focus on driving sales results.
• Native Italian speaker.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a solution-oriented approach.
