Partner Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the success of partner-led implementation projects to drive optimal client outcomes
• Provide oversight and guidance on partner projects to ensure implementation frameworks and methodologies are followed
• Facilitate coordination between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams for seamless project delivery
• Act as the primary technical and business resource for partners, supporting onboarding and integration architecture
• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and ensure successful transitions to Addepar Support
• Partner with internal Sales and Marketing teams to educate them on partnership offerings and capabilities
• Document work meticulously and identify opportunities to improve internal and external processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services or Consulting in client or partner-facing roles
• 2+ years of experience specifically implementing Addepar clients
• Proficiency with programming and scripting, specifically Python
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with investment management software implementations
• Experience with professional project management methodologies
