Partner Channel Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive channel and partner strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
• Build and manage partner programs including incentives, tiering, and performance frameworks
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners such as resellers and integrators
• Collaborate with sales leadership to integrate partner-driven opportunities into pipeline development
• Partner with marketing to co-develop joint campaigns and demand generation initiatives
• Lead partner enablement efforts including training and sales playbooks
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships
• Establish and track KPIs such as pipeline contribution, partner revenue, and ROI

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management with leadership experience
• Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of channel sales models (VARs, MSPs, alliances, OEM)
• Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and GTM teams
• Demonstrated ability to design partner programs and joint GTM strategies
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools like Salesforce
• Prior partnership experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, or Anthropic/OpenAI
