About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint strategic business plans with distribution, cloud, and commercial partners to drive revenue growth in the ANZ region.
  • Define and own the Commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring all relevant partner types are incorporated.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns and manage pipeline growth through distribution and cloud/resell partners.
  • Execute quarterly business reviews to monitor performance against key metrics and communicate future priorities.
  • Guide and educate distribution teams on Commvault’s strategy, solutions, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee operational excellence, including distribution reporting, MDF, rebates, and program operations.
  • Manage and influence virtual distribution teams to achieve business objectives and maintain accountability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing distribution business for a technology vendor.
  • Strong track record of working with commercial and cloud partners to drive incremental revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the IT market ecosystem, including various partner types and business models.
  • Expertise in pipeline generation, strategic planning, and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence virtual teams and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data security, data protection, cyber resilience, or cloud technologies.
  • Ability to articulate the value of integrated solutions to a partner's business model.
