About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner-sourced pipeline and revenue quota within a specific territory
  • Develop and implement territory plans to grow mutual business with select partners
  • Present the Commvault portfolio and partner program benefits to partner teams
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key partners
  • Identify strategic "plays" and secure executive sponsorship to drive success
  • Drive account mapping and regional sales meetings to strengthen partner relationships
  • Lead partner engagement with the Commvault sales organization for resell, co-sell, and services delivery
  • Increase share of mind and share of wallet for Commvault solutions within the partner ecosystem

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of validated executive experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proven track record in partner sales leadership, alliances, and ecosystem development
  • Experience working with regional or national partner models (Americas)
  • Strong understanding of distribution models, channel programs, and the "value exchange" in partner relationships
  • Ability to travel as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed virtual environment
  • Ability to demonstrate various routes-to-market including VAR, Alliances, MSPs, and Distribution
  • Experience attaching vendor solutions to partner value propositions to improve sell-through revenue
