About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact and proactive advisor for sales teams regarding strategic partners.
  • Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement training to equip teams with partner knowledge.
  • Plan and lead portfolio screenings to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Execute pipeline generation strategies, including coordinating demos and reactivating stalled deals.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, CX, and Partner Sales Management to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, Project Management, or Partnerships.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong passion for digital innovation.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound engagement (e.g., cold calling).
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-scaling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, or Notion.
  • Background in SaaS or digital environment partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build and execute successful outbound campaigns.
