Partner Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with employees of healthcare partners to drive program awareness and enrollment motivation
• Partner with the Account Management team to source and schedule onsite events, requiring field presence 3-4 days per week
• Target a minimum of 50 quality conversations per month to generate highly qualified student leads
• Capture and communicate accurate student information to enrollment teams to ensure seamless service
• Attend tradeshows and industry events to represent Covista and expand lead sources
• Identify and connect alumni at partner institutions to serve as references for prospective students

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, student enrollment, or serving healthcare institutions
• Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools
• Understanding of healthcare career paths and nursing credentials
• Ability to discern interest levels and engage in effective direct and indirect communication
