Partner Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with employees of healthcare partners to drive program awareness and motivation for enrollment.
• Partner with the Account Management team to source and schedule onsite events, requiring field presence 3-4 days per week.
• Generate high-quality student leads by conducting meaningful conversations and capturing accurate prospective student information.
• Target a minimum of 50 quality conversations per month with a high probability of enrollment.
• Attend tradeshows and industry events to represent Covista and expand lead sources.
• Collaborate with enrollment teams to ensure seamless data collection and lead nurturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, student enrollment, or serving healthcare institutions.
• Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare career paths and nursing credentials.
• Ability to discern interest levels and engage effectively in direct and indirect communication.
