Partner Account Operation Manager (PAOM)

Responsibilities

• Manage operational business relationships with large accounts and address partner concerns.
• Act as a point of escalation to drive the resolution of operational issues and advocate for partner requirements.
• Conduct regular operational performance reviews and develop continuous improvement plans.
• Identify potential risks associated with key accounts and develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Lead complex pricing negotiations and contract discussions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure all interactions align with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver customized training and enablement programs to maximize product and service value for customers.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of work experience in account management, business development, supply chain, or customer service.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification.
• Experience with automation skills.
• Strong digital fluency and customer-centric mindset.
