Partner Account Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage operational business relationships with mid-sized to large accounts to optimize customer solutions and operational processes.
• Analyze account financials to develop strategies that maximize profitability and ROI for both the organization and the customer.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners regarding operational issues, concerns, and escalations.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management regarding account status, financial performance, and operational excellence.
• Participate in contract negotiations to ensure terms align with organizational objectives.
• Manage risks associated with customer accounts and operational processes to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of work experience in account management, business development, supply chain, or customer service.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification.
• Experience with automation skills.
