Responsibilities
- Manage partner performance reviews and identify improvement plans to meet KPIs
- Meet with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to resolve operational challenges
- Design incentive programs to reward quality work and on-time installs
- Lead commercial onboarding for new partners entering the program
- Negotiate installation costs for multi-site deployment bids
- Translate partner feedback into product and process improvements with internal teams
- Advise dispatch on partner capacity based on upcoming deployment volume
- Build systems including dashboards, feedback loops, and partner scorecards
Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships while maintaining high operational standards
- Experience working on physical-world programs or supporting field operators
- Strong communication skills to build trust with partners and internal teams
- Ability to travel 30-40% for in-person meetings and field support
- Comfortable holding partners accountable to clear performance standards
