About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 15–20 strategic agency and services partners
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new high-potential partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint GTM plans and co-sell execution
  • Lead joint account planning and mapping with Klaviyo AEs to identify whitespace
  • Help partners strengthen their Klaviyo positioning and service offerings
  • Partner with Marketing to execute joint GTM programs
  • Conduct regular business reviews using data and insights
  • Travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, account management, or SaaS GTM roles
  • Experience working with partners supporting mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles hitting revenue targets
  • Experience building joint GTM plans (co-sell, co-marketing, demand generation)
  • Ability to present product and value-based solutions to partners and customers
  • Valid work authorization for Australia
