Responsibilities

• Ensure effective day-to-day management of key external partnerships, focusing on strategic banking partners
• Oversee relationship health across banks, card associations, and third-party processors to guarantee SLA accountability
• Develop, organize, and lead external partnership quarterly business reviews
• Manage and monitor vendor invoices, including verification and approval
• Establish and build reports on key performance metrics and dashboards to track vendor performance
• Work to monitor cardholder experience and propose strategic solutions
• Collaborate across stakeholder groups to maintain alignment on vision and strategy
• Design and maintain reports to analyze product effectiveness and vendor KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with debit, prepaid, or credit card products
• 5+ years of Operations, Vendor Management, and Vendor Invoicing experience
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Experience with report-building tools such as Tableau or Cognos
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner

• Experience within the card ecosystem
