About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for partners across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Support partner onboarding, implementation, and client troubleshooting
- Manage partner and client requests including contracts, invoicing, and upsells/downsells
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs to ensure partners can effectively sell and support Factorial solutions
- Capture product insights from partners to collaborate with Product Managers on market-specific improvements
- Build long-term, trusted relationships to maximize partner retention and satisfaction
- Streamline partner support, ticketing processes, and training content via LMS
Requirements
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and proficient English
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or customer success
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving ability to navigate technical and operational challenges
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to handling contracts and processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
