About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing channel and implementation partners in the Middle East.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand market coverage and capability.
- Develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities with partners.
- Drive the sales pipeline through partner-led opportunities and co-selling motions.
- Enable partners through training, certifications, and resources to improve solution delivery.
- Monitor partner performance and track KPIs to ensure sales targets are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Represent the company at regional partner events and conferences.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partner account management, or business development within the SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions domain.
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of the Middle East market landscape and partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
