About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners to generate new business opportunities
  • Design and execute joint action plans to increase demand generation and commercial conversion
  • Deliver tailored product demos and lead the full consultative sales cycle
  • Participate in industry events, forums, and executive sessions with partners and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to ensure excellence throughout the customer journey

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and complex sales cycles
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English and one RoW language (French, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, or Romanian)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in channel management, partnerships, or partner ecosystems
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong command of social selling strategies, particularly on LinkedIn
