Responsibilities

  • Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and consultants
  • Own partner relationships to build long-term trust and business growth
  • Deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate partner adoption
  • Manage sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience
  • Represent Adaptive at industry events and through product demonstrations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high-velocity environments
  • Experience selling to or through accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners is a major plus
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-cycle sales motion from cold outreach to negotiation
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
