Responsibilities
- Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and consultants
- Own partner relationships to build long-term trust and business growth
- Deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate partner adoption
- Manage sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience
- Represent Adaptive at industry events and through product demonstrations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in high-velocity environments
- Experience selling to or through accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners is a major plus
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-cycle sales motion from cold outreach to negotiation
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
