About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, and consultants
  • Own and build long-term relationships with partners to drive business growth with Adaptive
  • Deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate partner adoption
  • Manage sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize partner experience
  • Represent Adaptive at industry events and in product demonstrations

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to or through accounting firms, consultants, or channel partners
  • Proficiency running full-cycle sales motions from outreach to negotiation
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
