Partner Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services enquiries
• Solve problems for Partners, customers, and internal departments
• Meet customer expectations and agreed SLAs
• Collate accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting
• Provide timely data to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage Partner agreements and assist with event coordination in the manager's absence
• Monitor Partner/Operations queries and provide guidance
• Generate invoices for specific accounts or events
• Distribute Partner communication bulletins
• Coordinate track and trace systems and manage the generic TPN email inbox

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Calm and methodical approach under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong teamwork approach
