Partner Account Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services enquiries
• Solve problems for Partners, customers, and internal departments
• Meet customer and client expectations and agreed SLAs
• Collate accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting
• Provide accurate data in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage Partner agreements and assist with event coordination in the manager's absence
• Monitor Partner/Operations queries to ensure timely solutions
• Generate invoices for specific accounts or events
• Distribute Partner communication bulletins and coordinate track and trace systems
• Action the generic TPN email inbox to distribute enquiries effectively

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Calm and methodical approach under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and courteous approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork approach
