Partial Dentures Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and hand tools to fabricate and modify night guards and dentures per detailed specifications
• Pumice, polish, and finish removable partial dentures to meet strict quality standards
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and technology issues in a fast-paced lab environment
• Identify workflow and capacity improvements to support scalable, high-quality production
• Collaborate with team members to address bottlenecks and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0–2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Excellent eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and robust vision capabilities
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High comfort level with digital tools and technology
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation

• Prior experience in a dental lab fabricating and finishing night guards or dentures
