About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial strategy and execution for the Francophone market
- Lead B2B enterprise sales and account management for immersive wellbeing and culture experiences
- Build and scale the commercial function within a launch-stage startup context
- Manage high-level relationships with HR leaders and major enterprise clients
Requirements
- Senior B2B enterprise sales profile (experience with one-off and subscription models)
- Native or fluent French and conversational English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Strong existing network within HR or major enterprises (e.g., CAC40)
- Comfortable working under a commission + equity compensation model
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, events, consulting, or HR
- International business experience
- Ability to act as a founding-level leader (CSO/CCO/GM track)
