Part-Time Teller

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service by welcoming clients and assisting with account transactions.
• Perform teller functions accurately, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate them as necessary.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker for deeper conversations.
• Follow all compliance, audit, and security procedures to maintain branch integrity.
• Educate clients on available access channels such as ATM, Online, and Telephone Banking.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculators.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays as directed.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours per day).

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License.
