Part-Time Teller

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply, deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking opportunities.
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the security of assets.
• Manage client issues and concerns effectively, escalating to management as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of client accounts and existing bank products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Proven money handling experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment.
