About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Perform accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply, deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
- Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client financial goals.
- Educate clients on digital and self-service banking opportunities.
- Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the security of assets.
- Manage client issues and concerns effectively, escalating to management as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of client accounts and existing bank products.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
- Proven money handling experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment.
